Jessica was preceded in death by her beloved Mimi and Poppy, Klaudia and Bob Adam; her grandmother, Betty Cook; her grandfather, Tom Moore.
Funeral services will held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, October 23, 2015 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel. Interment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 22, 2015 at the funeral home.
