Charlton - Norma (Andersen) Narus, 67, passed away on Thursday October 15, 2015 at Saint Vincent Hospital after a brief illness.....
She leaves her children; .... 4 grandchildren;.... Sisters and brother; .... several nieces and nephews and several grand nieces and nephews.
Norma was born in Winchester, MA. a daughter of Martin and Ruth F. (Fellows) Andersen and has lived in Charlton for many years. She graduated from Gilbert High School in Winsted, CT., and earned her Associated Degree from Northwestern Connecticut Community College.
She worked as secretary of operations for Mass. Electric, now National Grid in Worcester for many years and retired in April 2004.
Norma was a member of the Prindle Pond Association, and a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America. She enjoyed making collages, scrap booking, cooking, baking, vintage hats, a few days at Cape Cod, but most of all, her family was most important to her.
Norma's Funeral Service will be Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at 11AM in the ROBERT J. MILLER-Charlton Funeral Home, 175 Old Worcester Rd., Charlton, burial will follow in West Ridge Cemetery.
