Scott E. Payne, 57, passed away Friday, October 16, 2015 at home in Fort Wayne. Born in Beloit, WI, Scott worked at General Motors for 39 years. He was an NFL share holder of the Green Bay Packers and a Corvette enthusiast. He was a member of the National Corvette Museum. Scott was a loving, father, grandfather son and brother and will be greatly missed. Surviving are his mother, Lucille A Payne of Beloit, WI; daughters, Alysha (Joe) Peters of Huntertown, IN, Ashley (Shane) Reddin and Brittany (Andrew) Burris both of Fort Wayne, IN; grandchildren, Ainsley, Rylan, Caleb, Cameron, Hannah and Cayden; sister, Lori L Payne of Beloit, WI; former spouse, Linda Payne of Fort Wayne, IN; fiance, Christel Eichinger of Fort Wayne, IN; nephew, Tyler (Samantha) Tyrer of Beloit, WI and extended family and friends. Scott was preceded in death by father, Carl E Payne. Funeral Service is 10:00 am, Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue with calling one hour prior. Calling will also be Monday, October 19, 2015, from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial in Riverview Cemetery , Churubusco, Indiana.
