Patricia A. Marlowe, 70, of Lake Pointe Circle, formerly of Boardman-Canfield Road, died of cancer in St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown, after a nine-week illness.

Patricia was born Sept 3, 1929, in St. Louis, Mo., a daughter of John E. and Edna Clarity Cook, and moved to the Youngstown area in 1963. She moved to Augusta, Ga. in 1990 and returned to Canfield in 1999.

Patricia was a homemaker, a member of Mount Olivet United Church of Christ in North Lima, Tippecanoe Country Club, the Youngstown Club, and volunteered for the American Cancer Society.

She leaves her husband, Richard R. Jr., whom she married July 17, 1948; a daughter, Patti Ann Herron of Hendersonville, TN.; two sons, Richard R. III of Youngstown and Thomas R. of Berlin Center; a sister, Barbara J. Gloyd of St. Louis; two brothers, William Cook of Pleasantville, Fla., and Donald Cook of St. Louis; and nine grandchildren.

A brother, John Cook is deceased.
