Brittany Anne Turner of Gilbertown, Alabama, died unexpectedly in Perry Township, OH on October 12th at the age of 22. Brittany is survived by her husband, Christopher Turner of Gilbertown, Alabama; her daughter, Laikynn, her mother, Wendy Wilson McHenry of Jonesboro, Indiana; her step-father, Robert Case of Jonesboro, Indiana; her sisters, Jessica McHenry of Milford, OH, Caitlyn McHenry of Jonesboro, Indiana, and Madison McHenry of Jonesboro, Indiana; her father, James McHenry and step-mother, Melissa McHenry, of Kokomo, Indiana; grandparents, Joyce and Fred Schlesiger of Milford, OH; Robert and Pam Wilson of Fayetteville, OH; Dave and Connie Shirley of Sharpsville, Indiana; Jim and Camey McHenry of Westchester, OH, her mother in law and father in law, Christopher and Angela Turner of Gilbertown, Alabama; step-daughter Elizabeth Turner of Gilbertown, Alabama; brother in law, Dustin Turner of Gilbertown, Alabama; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.Brittany was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gertie Wilson, Robert E. Wilson Jr., Geneva Brown, R.C. Brown and Charles McHenry. Brittany was born on June 16, 1993 in Cincinnati, OH. She attended Tri Central High School, moved to Alabama in 2013 and married her soul-mate Christopher Turner on September 19, 2015 in Gatlinburg, TN. Brittany was the light of any room she walked into. Her smile and laughter were contagious. Everyone who met her loved her at once, and became her friend for life. She loved her sisters with a fierce loyalty and her family meant everything to her. The loves of her life were her husband, Christopher, her daughter, Laikynn, and her bonus daughter Elizabeth. They were her world and she loved them beyond measure. She will be missed for eternity by all who knew her. Visitation is scheduled at Evans Funeral Home, Goshen, OH for Friday, October 16th from 6:00 - 7:30 PM with a service at 7:30 PM. Pastor Charles Gray of Mt. Orab, OH will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Brittany's life.
