Debbie Palmer was born April 9, 1960 in Sacramento, California to Charlene and Joe Heiner. She graduated from Box Elder High School in 1978.
Debbie lived a very full and adventurous life, from sandy beaches to the Rocky Mountains, she has done it all with her loved ones by her side. She especially loved time spent with her best friend and husband, Mike.
She was preceded in death by Rex and Velma Palmer.
Debbie is survived by Mike, Jamie and Mikayla Palmer, Joe and Charlene Heiner, Alan (Suzanne) Heiner, Ruthanne (Mark) Stevens, Ross Palmer, Dennis Palmer, Janice (Dan) Long, Russell (Michelle) Palmer and Billy Palmer.
Interment Lindquist’s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road.
