"Miss Bernadine Hesch, 82, former resident of East Spruce Street, died at 7:30 am Monday in Conneautville Nursing Home, Conneautville. She had been a resident there for the past two years. She was born in Titusville, Nov 30, 1890. She was the foster daughter of Mr and Mrs Phillip M Hesch. Many years ago she was employed at Titusville Silk Mill and later employed by Queen Cutlery for a number of years. She has been retired for several years. Miss Hesch was an active member of the Salvation Army for many years. She is survived by one niece, Mrs Kenneth C (Helen) Porter of St Cloud, Fla. Friends may call at the Gordon B Garrett Funeral Home....and attend the funeral service there at 11 am Thursday with Lt David Swankie, Titusville Salvation Army, officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery."
