Julia Ann James, 56, wife of Frederick L. "Freddy" James died Wednesday, October14, 2015. She was born in Lexington, Virginia, daughter of William Facemire, of Phoenix, Arizona and the late Lois Marie Clark Facemire. She loved her grandson, enjoyed collecting butterflies and ink pens and she loved the color purple. Surviving besides her husband and father are her daughter; Stephanie Lynn James, her son; William Luther James, both of Lexington, her three sisters; Libby {D.J.} Desjardins, Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Delores Facemire, Lexington, Margaret Thompson, Bardstown, Kentucky, her three brothers; Jim Facemire, Boston, Kentucky, Gerald {Jerry} Miller, Cincinnati, Ohio and Roy Wallace Facemire, Elizabethtown, Kentucky, her grandson; William Turner James, Lexington, and her step-mother; Pat Facemire, Phoenix, Arizona.

Funeral Information

Her Celebration of Life service will be 11 a.m. Monday, October 19, 2015 at Clark Legacy Center Brannon Crossing conducted by Harris Parke with burial to follow at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Clark Legacy Center Brannon Crossing. Casketbearers will be Michael Lattuca, Roy Wallace Facemire, Jim Facemire, Lee Comley, Nicholas Desjardins and Herbert Spears.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Lexington Humane Society.
