Lowe; dear mother-in-law of Catherine (nee Molz) and Gail (nee McKenzie) Lowe; dear grandmother of Megan Power, Kristin Geonnotti, Meredith Tuthill, Garrett and Abigail Lowe; dear great-grandmother of Ryan, William, Katelyn, Anna and Alexander; devoted sister of Josephine Costa, Mary Borrell, Joseph Biondo and Rosalie Culbertson. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
