LEO DAWSON SS was a British Steam Merchantship that was built in 1916. She was formerly called the Roseden in 1936. The vessel was owned by Dawson, F L. Beverley Steamship Co Ltd.

She was on route carrying iro ore from Narvik 29 Jan 40 for Immingham when she was torpedoed by U-37. All 35 crew were lost.
