Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch with burial in Greenwood Cemetery in Fort Worth, Texas. He was a member of First Christian Church of Fort Worth and a World War II Army veteran. Mr. Acers, the husband of Angie Acers, also leaves a daughter, Julie Acers of Olive Branch.
