Funeral services for Peggy Hart, 83, will be held Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Lamesa Church of Christ, officiated by Kirk Powell and James Osborne. Interment will follow at Dawson County Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday 16, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Branon Funeral Home. Peggy passed away on October 13, 2015. Peggy was born in Lamesa, Texas on October 4, 1932. Peggy was the daughter of Felix Clifton Bradford and Audie Pearl Burns. Peggy was raised in Lamesa and graduated from Lamesa High School in 1950. Peggy married Bill Hart on December 23, 1950, her high school sweetheart. Peggy and Bill had three children. They all graduated from Coronado High School as well as Texas Tech University. Peggy and Bill lived in Lamesa, Big Spring, and Brownfield, before settling in Lubbock in 1952. Peggy was a homemaker, loving wife, and mother. She found great joy in her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Peggy was a yard person with a green thumb for her flowers and yard. She loved to knit, scrap booking, and traveling with friends she grew up with.
