Perry M. Chambers, 58, of Conestoga, died unexpectedly on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at home of natural causes.

Perry had retired in 2012 from Harley-Davidson, York.

Born and raised in Salunga, he was the son of the late David A., Sr. and Edith (Brosey) Chambers and was of the Protestant faith. Perry was avid Steelers fan and Sprint Car enthusiast and a lifelong motorcycle rider. He was a member of the Pequea Boat Club.

He is survived by two brothers: David A. Chambers, Jr. married to Shirley, of Landisville, Henry M. Chambers married to Beverly, of Lancaster; two sisters: Dorothy E. married Jonathan Smith, of Nashville, TN and Joanne M. Chambers, of Manheim. Perry is also survived by his companion, Tiena L. Mann, and was a father figure to her son, Justice, for many years. He was also preceded in death by a brother, James.

Strictly Private Funeral Services will be held -- the Andrew T. Scheid Funeral Home “Sullivan Home,” 121 South Prince Street, Lancaster, PA 17603. Traditional casket burial will be in the Salunga Mennonite Cemetery, Salunga, PA. Kindly omit flowers. Memorial Remembrances can be made in Perry's memory to the Lancaster County SPCA’s Mary K. Dano Animal Shelter, 848 South Prince Street, Lancaster, PA 17603.
