Patsy was born in Pittsburg, OK, the daughter of Albert A. and Nellie Faye (Allen) Starustka. She passed away at the age of 68 in Oklahoma City, OK. She attended Pittsburg Schools and worked as a Home Health Aid. She attended Assembly of God. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing, researching family history and being the weather reporter. She is preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Robert Haskell Wilson; and great grandsons, Marcus Paul and Stephen Paul. Service will be Monday at 10 a.m. on Oct. 19, 2015 at Brown's Funeral Chapel in Atoka, OK. Interment will be at Wesley Cemetery.
