FOUNTAIN CITY- Della M. Lawrence, 82, R.R. 1, died Friday afternoon at Reid Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
A native of Vernon, she spent many years in Richmond and lived in Fountain City for the past 36 years.
She is survived by one daughter, Lettie Winters of Fountain City; one son, George Holton of Abington; two sisters, Emma Ross of Columbus and Mary Schum of Indianapolis; two brothers, Roscoe Hartwell of Columbus and Francis Hartwell of Indianapolis; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great=grandchildren.
Services for Mrs. Lawrence will be at 109:30 a.m. Monday at the Smith & McQuiston Funeral Home. The Rev. Larry Patton of the First assembly Church of God will officiate. Burial will be in the Abington Cemetery.
Friends may call fro 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
