Funeral services were conducted on Monday morning at nine o'clock from his late residence, Oak Grove Road. with mass in St. Joseph's R.C. Church at ten o'clock. Interment was in New St. Joseph's Cemetery.
Mr. Koentopp is survived by his wife, Kathryn (nee Groppenbacher) and one sister, Mrs. Charles Doerrmann of Swedesboro. Mr. Koentopp was born in Germany and came to this country when he was 10 years of age. He was engaged in farming until recent years when he was forced to retire because of ill health.
