He was born April 22, 1956 in Bakersfield, California, son of Virgie Milliken Adams of Columbia and the late Arvil Adams. He was a mechanic.
Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his wife, Janie Staggs Adams of Hohenwald; son, Michael Allen Adams of Hohenwald; daughter, Kimberly Sims of Centerville; two brothers, Dennis (Karen) Adams of Hohenwald and John Adams of Columbia; two sisters, Susie Jackson of Columbia and Donna Drum of Arkansas; and four grandsons, Schyler Adams, Matthew Coday, Chase Sims and Jake Sims.
He was preceded in death by his father Arvil Adams and his sister Ann Riley.
