Services for Jimmy Lee Parks, 45, of Gun Barrel City, TX, are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 10, 2015, at Clearview Bible Church in Canton, TX, with Bro. Larry Reneau and Bro. Hugh Roberts officiating. Graveside Service will follow at College Mound Cemetery in Terrell, TX.
He passed away October 4, 2015, in Dallas, TX.
Jimmy was born on January 31, 1969, in Tyler, TX to Aubrey Lee and Linda Lee Lewis Parks.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Jimmy was a member of Clearview Bible Church where he loved attending Sunday School and Church. He enjoyed his motorcycles very much. He was excellent at his job as an electrician.
Jimmy loved his family, mother, wife and children.
Jimmy is survived by his wife, Lela Ann Parks of Gun Barrel City; son, Jimmy Lee Parks, Jr. of Chicago; son, Micheal Weatherall of Heartland; son, Terry and Katy Weatherall of Kaufman; son, Jeramy Weatherall of Seven Points; daughter, Brittany Ann Reneau of Kilgore; mother, Linda Lee Parks of Terrell; brother, Jerry and Eva Parks of Kaufman; brother, James and Jenny Parks of Mabank; Grandchildren, Carly, Cory, Carl Jr., Caleb, Nevah, Brielle, Collin and Carson; nephew, William Weatherall of Payne Springs; and numerous other aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and other relatives.
Pallbearers will be Gage Parks, Jerry Parks, Carl Wright, Ruben Soto, Branden Smith and Brian Swanson.
Visitation will be Friday evening, October 9, 2015, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton, TX
