RACINE DAILY TIMES May 10, 1934
"James Morgan, 66, who had lived in Racine county all his life, died Wednesday afternoon in the town of Mt. Pleasant, following a long illness.
He was the son of Henry J. and Sarah Jane Morgan (deceased pioneers), and his grandparents came to this country in 1838.
Surviving Mr. Morgan are one brother, Harry Morgan, of this city; one sister, Mrs. E.H. Park of Portland, Ore.; and many other relatives.
The body may be viewed at the Dahl Funeral home tonight and until the time of service, which will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Dahl Funeral home. Burial will follow in the family lot in Mound cemetery."
