Linda Dianne Aldridge Rowe, age 56, of Kingsland passed away late Tuesday evening June 26th, 2012 at Hospice of the Golden Isles in Brunswick.
Ms. Rowe was born on November 24th, 1955 in Folkston, GA. She is the daughter of William Robert and Mattie Martha Melton Aldridge.
Ms. Rowe was a housewife for most of her life. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her past times included crochet/knitting, reading, collecting dolphins figurines, and she loved hanging plants. She grew up in the Kingsland Church of God. She will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved her best.
Ms. Rowe is survived by her daughters, Christina Odum of Browntown and Stephanie (Antonio Butler) Freeman of Kingsland; her son, Gary Scott (Jessica) Braddock of St. Mary's; her brothers, Randy (Darlene) Aldridge and Rickey T. (Mary) Aldridge, all of Browntown; her grandchildren, Kayla Butler, Deion and Denzell Freeman, Annalise Braddock Kennedy, Ellabell Grace Braddock, and Sydney Odum. Ms. Rowe is predeceased by her granddaughter Kaylan Odum.
Calling hours for Ms. Rowe will be from 6-8 pm Saturday June 30th, 2012 in the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm July 1st, 2012 in the Wainwright Chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Chris Ogden of the Billyville Church of God and Pastor Seymour Groover presiding.
Interment will follow in Longwood Cemetery in Kingsland.
Casket bearers will be Deion and Denzell Freeman, Scottie Braddock, Antonio Butler, Sydney Odum, and Chris Wainwright.
