Spc. Michael J. Wiesemann of North Judson, Ind. was born to Duwain Wilson and Karen Wiesemann and later lived in Lake Station and Knox and moved to North Judson in 2000. He was a graduate of North Judson San Pierre High School Class of 2002. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Karen Bubac and Robert Bubac, father, Duwain Wilson, one brother, Travis Bubac; one stepsister, Tori Bubac; grandparents, Michael and Shirley Stark, Dennis and Carol Bubac, and Mary Wilson; uncles, Terry Wiesemann of and Dean Wiesemann; aunts, Dawn Varaneckas, Joann Hicks and Kim Bubac; fiancee, Abby Trusty. He was outspoken, level-headed, funny, a talented artist and guitarist, a nature lover and npw a hero. He was also an avid fisherman and duck hunter and a member of Ducks Unlimited. He always carried a duck call in his pocket, and would bring it out and quack with it in restaurants, malls and wherever else the mood would strike him. Michael worked at The Point drive-in restaurant in North Judson, was engaged to Abby Trusty of North Judson. Wiesemann loved animals, and had a pet mouse, spider, crow, garter snake and dog at various times. He was 20.
