CLARKSVILLE — Wilson Stokes, 66, of Clarksville died Friday, Aug. 11, 2006, in Dallas.

Graveside services are set for 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 15, in Lone Star Cemetery with the Rev. Don Shovan officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

The family receives friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

He was born Feb. 23, 1940, in Bagwell, to Lowell and Juanita Raulston Stokes. He was of the Methodist faith. He was a member of the United States Air Force, and was a retired manager of Computer Tec. Company. He married Jacqueline Stead on May 7, 1960.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

He is survived by his sons, James Stokes, and Lowell Stokes, both of El Paso; a brother, Marvin Stroud of El Paso; grandsons, Joshua, Garrett, and Andrew Stokes.
