William Gene Davis (Bill, Willis) was the son of Bill H Davis, born in Colorado and Juanita Mcnitt born in Kansas, but lived and raised Bill in San Bernardino. Bill was the husband of Marnell Scott, she was the daughter of William Ray Scott and Minnie May Hamon, both natives of California and both born in Yuba County to pioneer families. In Marysville on March 1, 1964 Bill Gene Davis and Marnell Ruth Scott were married.
At some point in time Bill and Marnell moved to Torrington, Wyoming. It was a terrible car crash on September, 9, 2010 on the Wyoming Highway 92 where they both lost their lives.
They now rest in the county were they were joined in marriage, and as it states on their headstone, TOGETHER FOREVER.
