Mrs. Bailey, of Phil Campbell, AL., lived her life in Franklin County and was a member of Gravel Hill Baptist Church. She was retired from a clothing manufacturing business.
The family will receive friends at 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at Spry Memorial Chapel with the funeral service following at 12:00 noon in the chapel. Burial will be in the Liberty Hill North Side Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by husband, Ethan Bailey; parents, Arthur & Irene Crane Cook; brother, Ethridge Cook and wife, Ore Mae; sister, Myrtle Overton and husband, Yancy; and several brothers and sisters-in-law.
