She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Christian Richardson. On July 21, 1935, she was united in marriage to Thomas A. Cooper Jr. The couple were married for 55 years before Thomas preceded her in death on July 18, 1990. Christine was an active member and contributor of York Chapel United Methodist Church. She enjoyed time spent with her family. She is survived by one daughter, Alie Burt Cooper Pearcey and husband James L. Pearcey; and two grandchildren, Christy Sue Privette and John Cooper Privette. She was 93
