Sally was a dental hygienist, owned and operated restaurants and started a division of women who traveled to sell advertisements for the General Telephone Company. In the mid 1960’s she became self-employed in health and fitness industry until her retirement at the age of 89. She’ll be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Forest A. Nelson; sisters, Stella and Margaret; and brothers, John, Durmond, Henry (Hank), and Bill.
Sally is survived by a host of loving family and friends.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, October 11, 2015, at Jacob’s House, Chestnutridge, Missouri. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Jacob’s House, Inc. 4661 State Hwy 176 E., Chestnutridge, MO 65630, www.jacobshouse.org .
