Burial at this location is not proven. She appears in Ohio, County Death Records, 1840-2001, Lucas Co Death records, 1868-1888 (FamilySearch). This record states only 'Sylvania, Ohio'.
A check of other cemeteries in Sylvania show no Spauldings, but other Spaulding family members are buried here in Toledo Memorial Park, so I have placed here here pending further research.
Born in Ohio, probably Lucas county, possibly Van Wert county. Full date given here is unproven documentation, but year of 1863 is probable. Death records indicate 1860, which is less likely. If 1860 is correct, her mother would instead probably be Lucinda Ann Jones (her father's first wife), who died c. 1860-1863.
Died of 'ulceration of lungs and liver'.
