Mr. McMillan served a three year enlistment with the Indiana Army National Guard and was long time self-employed mason. He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Entombment will be at Garland Brook Mausoleum. Military honors will be presented by the Army National Guard Honor Guard and the Bartholomew Couny Veterans Honor Guard. Mr. McMillan was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Ruth Clark, Lorena Goodall and Dorothy Bush; and brothers, Robert, Marshall and Frank McMillan.
