Billy R. Estes, 65, husband of Charlotte Brewer Estes, passed away Monday, October 5 at Clark Regional Medical Center, Winchester. He was born September 6, 1950 in Winchester to the late Harley William and Mildred McKinney Estes. He was a Vietnam War Veteran serving in the Army. Survivors include, wife, Charlotte Estes, Stanton; sons, Jason and wife, Carolyn Estes, Stanton, Mike and wife, Alisa Estes, and John Estes, Indianapolis, IN; sisters, Rita and husband Mike Martin, Jeffersonville, and Clara Gail and the late Darrell Smith, Stanton; grandchildren, Brittany Estes, Tiffany and husband, Nathan Tipton, Alex Estes, Makaela Estes, Michael Estes, and Cody Bowen; great-grandson Brendon Estes. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harley "Bill" & Mildred Estes, brother, Johnny Estes, and brother-in-law, Darrell Smith. Services Thursday, October 8, 1:00pm Davis & Davis Funeral Home by Rev. Kim Rose and Rev. Tony Story. Visitation Wednesday after 4:00PM at the funeral home. Burial in Estes Cemetery with military honors. Active pallbearers serving, Alex Estes, Michael Estes, John Christopher Brewer, Aaron Stamper, Nathan Tipton, Mark Smith, Josh Martin, and Cody Bowen.
