Randy was a born in Stuart,
He graduated Martin County High School in 1970. He was a very popular radio personality in Fort Pierce, FL on the radio show "Luce and Free in the Morning".
He was a self-employed flower grower and owned his own fresh produce and market stand.
He is preceded in death by his parents Duane and Jacqueline Luce.
Surviving are his two sons Clayton and Kenneth Luce of Pt. St. Lucie, his daughter Kaitlyn Luce of Nashville, TN and his sister Pamela Luce of Stuart, FL.
Visitation will be on Monday, October 12, 2015 from 5:00- 6:00 pm in the Chapel of Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Stuart Chapel with a celebration of Randall's life to begin at 6:00 pm with Dr. Ray Gamble officiating.
