Richard K. Cowen, 82, of Live Oak died July 18, 2007, at Norwood Pines in Sacramento. Born in Dunsmuir, he was a Yuba-Sutter resident for 49 years. He worked as a mechanic. He served n the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Survivors include two sons, four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine Cowen.
A graveside service is scheduled at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sierra View Memorial Park and Mortuary, 4900 Olive Ave., Olivehurst.
