Katharine was daughter of Charles Greis & Susanna Wagner. She first married James Geyer; They had three children together: James Jr 1909-1989; Dorothy Susan 1908-1961 & Marcella b. 1912. James died in Oct. 1915. She married Malcolm Eads in March 1917 in Newport, Ky. They had three children together: Oneida; Malcolm Jr & Eldred.
