He was preceded in death by his Step-Father, Dale Moore and is survived by his mother – Doris Nell Moore, Lawrenceburg, TN; Father and Step-Mother – Larry Gardner (Dora), Lawrenceburg, TN; Brother – Chris Moore (Krystal), Lawrenceburg, TN; Step-Brother – Ben Moore (Sara), Kansas City, MO; Step-Sisters – Mary Kennedy (Barry), Lawrenceburg, TN; Judy Solomon (Rick), Warren, MI; Rhonda Billmeyer, St. Louis, MO.
