The funeral of Stephen Adams, the twenty-third victim of Newcastle's tornado, who died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Fred Griffin, at 1209 South Twenty-fifth street, Monday afternoon, after several weeks suffering from injuries received in the tornado, was held at the Batson church this afternoon at 2 o'clock and interment took place at the Batson cemetery.
