Gail leaves behind to cherish his memory, one daughter and three sisters, one brother, one sister-in-law, six step children, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Gail was preceded in death by his parents Arnold and Magdeline Howard, a baby sister Joyce Ann Howard, one brother, James Ed Howard and his maternal grandparents, William Henry Essman and Maud (Thomas) Essman.
A private graveside service will be in the National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas with interment to follow. Arrangements are being entrusted to Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.
Gail’s visitation will be Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas. A gathering will follow the visitation at the Howard residence on Hwy 248 West in Waldron, Arkansas.
