Joshua Joseph Reynolds, 30, of Enfield, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2015, at home.
He was born Feb. 24, 1985, in Hartford, the son of Joseph and Gail (Katilus) Reynolds III. Joshua was raised in Enfield and attended Enfield public schools, graduating from Enfield High School, Class of 2003. He previously was employed by Precision Camera in Enfield, Conval in Somers, and ALCHEMYTV as a technical research analyst. Joshua was a member of Holy Family Church. He had a love for tinkering with cars, a passion for music, and was an avid sports fan, especially football and New York Yankees.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Amber Reynolds, of Manchester, and Rachel Reynolds, of Enfield; a nephew, Gabriel Sebastian; his maternal grandparents, Frank and Judy Katilus; his aunts, Virginia Katilus, of Windsor, Denise and her husband, Paul, of Enfield, and Lynda Reynolds, of Enfield; an uncle, David Katilus, of Enfield; a cousin, Matthew and his wife, Kelly Katilus; and his girlfriend, Jennifer Barkoski, of Waterbury.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 6 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 11, at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road, Enfield.
Family and friends will gather at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 12, at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels for a procession to Holy Family Church, 23 Simon Road, Enfield, for an 11:30 a.m. Mass of Christian burial. Committal will be at the convenience of the family in St. Patrick's King Street Cemetery.
