Julia Irene Copeland, 87, of Panama City Beach, Florida, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 7, 2015. She was a loving mother and grandmother, who was devoted to her Lord, family and church family. Irene was a member of Oasis Worship Center for 5 years. Some of her favorite things to do were making crafts and painting. Irene was preceded in death by her son, Eddie Copeland. Left to cherish her memory are her three sons, Keith Copeland, Richard Copeland (Debbie) and Kenneth Copeland; two daughters, Shirley Copeland Boykin and Patricia Hill (Tim); twenty-four grandchildren, thirty-four great grandchildren and twenty-four great-great grandchildren; four sisters, Fran, Faye, Judy and Trecie; and one brother, David. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Oasis Worship Center with Pastor Tommy McCormick officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
