Services for Margie will be held at Grace Gospel Church of Zavalla. Interment will follow in the Zavalla Cemetery. Directors of services are Oakley-Metcalf Funeral Home.

Her parents were Bonnie M. (Helms) and William Bennie Paul.

Mrs. Martin was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She was a founding member of Grace Gospel Church, where she was also a Sunday School teacher and prayer warrior. She enjoyed fishing, bowling, crossword puzzles, word games and board games.

Survivors include her sons, Robert F. Martin Jr. and wife Lonnette and Ricky F. Martin and wife Amanda; daughter, Carla Hopkins and husband Kevin; grandchildren, Dana, Lonnie, Lacrecia, Lindsay, Starr, Sky, Hunter, Josh, and Joe; 17 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; sister, Jean Lawson; special friends, Maxine Lindsey and Beverly Wynot; special companion, Cheyenne; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other family members.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her husband, Robert F. Martin Sr.; sisters, Joyce Jordan, Louise Worthy and Charlene Tidwell; and brother, Merlyn Paul.
