Rowe, 94, is survived by daughter, Pam (Don) Bishop; son, Mark (Debbie) Rowe; grandchildren, Bill (Shelly) & Dan (Stephanie) Bishop, Stephanie & Jennifer Rowe; great grandchildren, Isabella, Sam, Thomas & Katelyn Bishop; sisters, Letha Gilpin & Naomi Ackerman; and brothers, Lee & Bob Kaufman.
Private services will be held by the family.
