He was born Jan. 3, 1926, the son of the late David Albert "Jack" and Ruby Bell Brake Sanders.
He was a truck driver for Hopkinsville Milling Company for 28 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of West Mount Zoar Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Clementine Sanders; two daughters, Linda Foreman, Chattanooga, Tenn., and Carol (Keith) Sharp, Elkton; six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
