There to meet him was his father, George C. Hicks; brother, Fred Hicks among others who have passed on to Glory.
Survived by wife, Mallie Hicks and children, Jesse Hicks, Tim (Linda) Hicks and Kim Hicks; step-children, Jessie (Eddie), Jannie (Bill), and Frank (Iva); mother, Dolly; brothers, Terry (Sue) Hicks, and George W. (Jackie) Hicks; 8 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 1:00-3:00 PM on Friday, October 9, 2015, at Bridges Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 3:30 PM at Roseberry Cemetery with Rev. Lee Wayne Grubb officiating.
