She was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses Minton Congregation.
Her professional life centered on the business aspect of the space industry in the 1960's - 70's. She served as an Executive Secretary to Boeing and attended Dale Carnegie for Human Resources and Public Speaking.
She is survived by her husband, John H. Higgins; son, David Armstrong; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Higgins was predeceased by her son, Ronald Eastman; brother, Delbert Herron; and sister, Mary Elizabeth Higgins.
Her services will be held Saturday, October 10 at 2:00 pm at the Melbourne Cemetery.
