Harley was dedicated in reading his Bible. He spent thirty-five years working with Best Parking Company and loved his work and all the people he came in contact with.
Harley is preceded in death by his special friend, Shirley Crook.
He is survived by his sister: Bobbie McCoy and husband, Darrell of Odessa, Texas; and his ex-wife, Alice Thompson of Romance, Arkansas.
Services will be held on Thursday at 2:00 P.M. at Indianhead Baptist Church, Sherwood, Arkansas, with visitation beginning at 12:00 P.M. Brother Mike Bowien officiating.
