Pamela “Pam” Duncan 68, of Naples Florida passed away September 30, 2015.
She was born on December 5, 1946 in Chelsea MA, and is the daughter of the late Alfred E and Barbara J Smith. Raised in Troy, NY, she graduated from Troy High School and attended SUNY Albany.
Pam lived in Tennessee, New York, Florida, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Pennsylvania as a result of her husband’s work. Pam was active in these communities as a volunteer for many years at women’s shelters and as a Literacy Volunteer. Pam developed many friendships in all of the places she lived and was also active in Newcomer’s Club welcoming new families.
Pam was a lifelong member of the North Naples United Methodist Church teaching Sunday school and participating in women’s organizations at the church.
Pam was dedicated to her family above all things. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, John; two children, David of Clinton NY and Michelle of N. Easton MA, and their spouses Heather Duncan and Vito Greco. She has two grandchildren Vito and Isabel Greco. Her brother, Brian Smith and a sister, Susan Nielsen, also survive her.
