Julie Ann Foell was born June 27, 1959 in Storm Lake, Iowa, the daughter of Richard and Helen (Matthew) Foell.
Julie was baptized as an infant at the United Methodist Church in Storm Lake and was later confirmed.
Julie attended school in Storm Lake, graduating from Storm Lake High School in 1977. She continued her education at Iowa Lake Community College in Estherville and also at Mankato State University.
On January 29, 1994, Julie was united in marriage to Robin Holt at the United Methodist Church in Storm Lake. After a five year stay in New Mexico, the couple moved back to New Hope, Minnesota.
Julie enjoyed baking cakes, cooking, crafts, and going on drives. She was an avid collector of Barbie’s and perfumes. She was also a dog lover, and was known for spoiling them. Most of all, Julie loved spending time with her family, especially her husband, Robin. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
