Mark Wayne Howell, 49, a resident of Beverly, passed from this life Thursday, October 1, 2015.

Mark was born Wednesday, March 16, 1966 in Elkins, a son of the late Ida Mae Howell.

On July 30, 2005 in Beverly, he married the former Teresa Mae Thompson, who survives.

Others left to cherish Mark’s memory were four children, Alisia Shreve and husband, Aaron of East Dailey, Khole Howell of Beverly, Thomas Brewer and fiancé, Nikki of Ohio, and a special adopted daughter, Jaylin Floyd of Elkins, six siblings, Michael Howell and wife Patsy of Beverly, Debbie Ogden and husband Terry of Alpena, Becky Warner and husband Gary, Spike Howell, Trinity Howell and wife Ronda, all of Beverly, and Travis Howell of Elkins, three grandchildren, Declan, Thomas, and Faith, and thirty nieces and nephews.

Mark attended the schools of Randolph County and had worked for John Cunningham, Bob Snelson, and for over twenty years with Tygarts Valley Sanitation as a loader.

Mark was a hard worker with a kind heart.

He was very honest and would speak his mind, but would give anyone the shirt off his back.

He loved his motorcycle, racing, and watching Khole race at Elkins Raceway.

Another passion was for the outdoors where he would often frame a picture with his hands and remark about the beauty of nature.

Visitation will be held at the Randolph Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6pm until 8pm.

Funeral services will be held from the funeral home chapel on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 1pm.

Bishop Jamie Estep will officiate and interment will follow in the Beverly Cemetery.
