Annie was raised in Melcher-Dallas until the age of 12 when her family moved to Knoxville.
She worked at the Christian Opportunity Center in Pella for 45 years. In her spare time, Annie enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, crocheting flowers and spending time with her family.
Annie passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at the Knoxville Hospital & Clinics at the age of 65 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Those left to cherish Annie's memory include her son,Donald of Knoxville; siblings: Don and Linda Norton of Knoxville, Betty Estes of Knoxville, Billy Kingery of Lead Hill, Arkansas and Barb and Mary "Shultz of Winterset and many nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial Service for Deloris "Annie" Allen, age 65 of Knoxville, will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at the Bybee & Davis Funeral Home at 2 pm. Memorials may be made to the family.
