Archie moved to Fresno in 1956, to open a painting contracting office for his father. In 1984, the business expanded to include waste operations. Archie recently retired in February of 2015.
Archie loved to fish and looked forward to his annual trips to Alaska.
He was preceded in death by his son Jonathan.
Archie is survived by Marge, his wife of 67 years; his daughter Arline and her husband Larry; as well as numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; family; and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 7, 2015, at 10:00 a.m.
