Wanda Borders Triplett, 85, Avalon Boulevard, died at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2015, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes.
Private graveside services will be at a later date at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West.
Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A native of Alexis, Ill., she was born Sept. 28, 1930, the daughter of the late Lonnie Lee and Ada Geranium Miller Borders.
She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lamar Triplett.
Survivors include her daughters, Kathleen Price and Laura (Roy) Hamilton, both of Clarksville, and Leah (Donald) Wilkey, Tucson, and two grandchildren.
