Daughter of John Stewart, Esq. of Belfast.

Second wife of Theophilius Blakely, an Irish Anglican priest. He was Dean of Connor from 1811 to 1824; Dean of Achonry from 1824 to 1839; and Dean of Down from 1839 until his death on 1 Dec 1855.

Mother of three children:
Theophilius Alexander Blakely, Captain Royal Artillery, Mary Spankie, wife of Robert Spankie, Esq. and Isabella Chambers.
